DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Available shipping methods within the continental US*:
Standard Shipping - $9.95 for orders up to $125. Non-bulk orders over $125 ship free.
Premium Shipping - $17.95 (2-3 business days in transit.)
Express Shipping - $24.95 (1-2 business days in transit.)
Added Bulk Item Surcharge in addition to charges above (if the item is heavier than 16lbs or or 5,184 DIM weight ) - $24.95
Orders are shipped Monday -Friday excluding holidays. Please note that occasionally items marked in-stock may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay.
*We are unable to ship to US Territories and unable to ship certain product categories such as compression garments, CPAP products, mobility aids, or other medical equipment to Hawaii, Nevada, Colorado, Indiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and District of Columbia.
Returns & Exchanges
We will accept returns on most products purchased within 30 days for a merchandise refund or exchange. We will not refund shipping and/or handling charges. Products purchased after this time or special orders are not returnable or refundable.
- All merchandise returns or exchanges must have the original receipt and are subject to inspection and must be in resalable condition and contain the original packing materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Any merchandise deemed unsuitable for resale will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
- Due to health regulations, sanitary and safety concerns, merchandise that has come into direct contact with the human body or has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
