The Omron HEM-RXL31-B is an extra-large blood pressure cuff designed specifically for upper arm circumferences of 17 to 20 inches (42–50 cm). This cuff will not fit arms smaller than 17 inches and may result in inaccurate readings or improper fit if used outside this range.

To ensure proper fit, measure your upper arm circumference at the midpoint between your shoulder and elbow before ordering.

Compatibility Notice:
This cuff is only compatible with select Omron monitors and is designed to work with the Omron BP9310T. It may not work with other models.
