HABIT Healthy Action to Benefit Independence & Thinking ® Daily Planner
This 2022 daily planner is used in a cognitive rehabilitation program for older adults with memory loss but can also be helpful to other individuals. The Mayo Clinic HABIT planner is checkbook sized for portability. The system includes a planner cover, a full year of monthly calendars with a daily view, and an annual calendar that has a monthly view. The daily planner section has a two-page per day format with sections for appointments, to-dos, and notes all on the day. The daily book is combined with an annual, monthly view section in order to document future plans.
