• For size S/M: Circumference at knee cap should be 13" - 16" (33-40.6 cm)
• For size L/XL: Circumference at knee cap should be 16" - 20" (40.6-50.8 cm)

How to apply

• Pull knee support onto affected knee, centering the opening over the knee cap
• Support should fit tight enough to provide even pressure
• Caution: The knee support should not be so tight that it restricts circulation
