Thorne Multi-Vitamin Elite AM/PM is NSF Certified for Sport and provides high-performance individuals with essential nutrients. All batches of NSF Certified for Sport products are tested to comply with label claims and ensure the absence of more than 200 substances banned by many major athletic organizations. The two formulas deliver comprehensive nutrition in the morning and evening. Each formula contains vitamins and minerals in their most absorbable forms. The AM Formula promotes energy production with two specially formulated phytosomes. Green tea phytosome supports fat burning, and Green tea flavonoids promote cell energy production. Meriva provides relief for joint and muscle soreness and contains a potent antioxidant that helps maintain the body's inflammatory response. PM formula enhances rest and recovery with a proprietary blend of Magnolia and Phellodendron extracts called Relora. Relora has been shown to curb late-night cravings and support restful sleep. Each bottle of Thorne Multi-Vitamin Elite AM/PM includes 90 capsules. The recommended dose is 3 AM capsules and 3 PM capsules a day.
