Directions

Remove the bottle seal and attach the enclosed nozzle. While sitting on the toilet or standing in the shower or tub, carefully insert the nozzle approximately 3 inches into the vagina. Squeeze the bottle from the bottom until most of the liquid is dispensed and allow the solution to flow out. Use no more than once daily.
