How to apply

• Place the pad of the wrist band at the base of the palm
• Secure the inner hook-and-loop strap to the outside of the pad
• Pull the outer hook-and-loop strap over the pad and attach
• Caution: The wrist brace should not be so tight that it restricts circulation

• Close hook & loop fastener
• Hand wash using cold water & mild detergent
• Allow product to airdry
