Payment Options and Invoices
Newsletter Payment/Billing Procedure
For Mayo Clinic Health Letter you may choose to pay later or pay with a credit card when the order is placed. If you choose to be billed later, we will mail an invoice to the address you provide, and you can either pay by check or credit card.
If, at any point in the service, you do not wish to continue the subscription, mark cancel on the invoice and mail it back to us. Call customer service at 1-800-291-1128 for a refund if you paid when you placed your order.

Returns Policy and Procedure
Within 30 days of your order you may return any book in its original condition for a full refund. Simply fill out the return form*, attach it to your package and mail to the address on the form. We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
