Book Purchase FAQ

  1. I am not satisfied with the book I bought. How do I return it?
    If you are returning a book and do not want a replacement, use our return form*. Fill out this form, print it and use it as a mailing label for your package. You may keep your free gift.
  2. My book was damaged and I would like to have it replaced.

Payment Options and Invoices
Newsletter Payment/Billing Procedure
For Mayo Clinic Health Letter you may choose to pay later or pay with a credit card when the order is placed. If you choose to be billed later, we will mail an invoice to the address you provide, and you can either pay by check or credit card.

If, at any point in the service, you do not wish to continue the subscription, mark cancel on the invoice and mail it back to us. Call customer service at 1-800-291-1128 for a refund if you paid when you placed your order.
